The 18Kt Cinofilia Association was founded in Agropoli in 2025. Five friends, five different dogs, one shared idea: the dog is not a companion to be trained — it is a person, non-human but a person, with whom to build a dialogue.
The association
18Kt A.S.D.
18Kt Cinofilia A.S.D. is an association devoted to a passion for dogs and their wellbeing. Founded in 2025, headquartered in Agropoli (SA, Italy). Founders Angelo Masucci and Carla Esposito, together with members who have spent over a decade in the four-paw world, share a love for dogs and a desire to promote a healthy, respectful and informed relationship between humans and animals.
Our goal is to support people who share a passion for dogs through educational, training and social activities. We organise basic and advanced obedience courses, events, info days, sports and shows — moments of meeting open to everyone. We believe in modern dog training built on respect, communication and an understanding of the dog's needs.
Our association is a reference point for those who want to live the relationship with their four-paw friend at its best, grow together and join an active, passionate community.
A key aspect of 18Kt A.S.D. is continuous training. We work with industry professionals to offer up-to-date, quality educational paths aimed at the harmonious development of the dog-handler bond.

Building a common language
We teach owners to read the dog before controlling it. A stress signal recognised in time prevents the behavioural problem.
No one educates alone
The association is a place of dialogue. Events, courses, gatherings — even just a walk together. The network makes the difference in a dog's life.

2024
The idea
The founders' dinner
Five friends, five different dogs, a seven-hour chat. Italian dog culture needs a new place. They decide to build it.
MAY 2025
Foundation
The association is born
Statute registered, GCC affiliation, first memberships. 47 founding members. In August the first informal gathering at the Agropoli field: 80 dogs in a single day.
SEP 2025
First courses
The school opens
Three basic-course cycles start in autumn. All sold out in 4 days. Pet therapy protocols begin in two retirement homes in Agropoli and Capaccio.
2026
Expansion
International show + breeding section
In July the first international GCC show. The 18Kt American Bullies section presents the first official litter of the association. Over 500 active members.
